Tenant submission

Heya! I've got a pred tenant here that's mostly finished, he just needs his costume recipe and tenant summoning stuff set. I was thinking 6 Opulent and 6 Geode? (So it would be 1 light, 1 door, 6 Opulent and 6 Geode to get him.) Everything else is done, he's sprited, his dialog is written and I've got the .npctype files set up so he can be a nonfatal or digestive pred.

Judging by my quick look at the sprite it needs a lil work given the head and arms( if dire has any) aren't showing up despite being in the file.
